What is consignment?
Consignment is a retail arrangement where you bring items to our store for sale. We display and sell these items on your behalf, and you keep 40% of the sale price when your items are sold.

How long do you keep items up for consignment?
We keep items up for consignment for 90 days. After 60 days, the item's price will be automatically reduced by 15%. If items remain unsold after 90 days, the price will be reduced by 25%. You have two weeks after the 90-day period to pick up unsold items. If not picked up, we may decide to keep them for longer or donate them to make room for new inventory.

What happens to items that are not chosen for consignment?
After we have processed your items, you have two weeks to pick up any items that were not selected for consignment. It's important to retrieve these items promptly to make space for new inventory.

Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
Yes, we offer pick-up and delivery services within Frederick, MD, for your convenience. For customers outside Frederick, we can arrange shipping via USPS.

Do you have a physical location?
We operate as a home-based business, which allows us to offer personalized service and lower costs. We do accommodate in-person shopping by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

Where can I check my current balance and activity?

You can keep track of you inventory and view your balance on your consignor portal. To access it, visit tinytreasuresconsign.consigncloud.com.
